Hotel Check In Time (Residence Inn & Holiday Inn): 3:00 PM

Shuttle Schedule: Plan on heading to the shuttle at 4:00 PM. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:15 PM.

The shuttle will be parked in front of the Residence Inn. If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn, you’ll need to walk over to the Residence Inn (across the parking lot).

Returning to the Venue: Their will be two rounds of shuttles bringing guests back to the hotel blocks. The first is at 10:30 PM, before the on-site after party. The last shuttle is at 11:30, after the on-site after party. The DJ will announce the schedules during the reception.

Reminder: Ubers/Lyft will not be a reliable option for transportation to and from the venue. The area is remote and availability for ride shares is very slim.

Arriving to the Venue

Please arrive to the venue no earlier than 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Weather for our Ceremony

We are planning to hold our ceremony outdoors in the garden and playhouse area at Crossed Keys Estate. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay comfortable in case of cooler temperatures.
